breath baited part 2
The offer we put in on the house was accepted !!!
We did it subject to survey, which is now being done.
This morning we should hear back about the survey results, and all being well, we will be owners of a lovely 3-bedroom house from January 23rd. :)

Hooray! Presumably "breath baited part 3" will be the bit about selling your current flat?
I should be picking up the keys next week (hooray!). But am having a nightmare trying to sort out getting the damp course done before I move in (nightmare mainly due to surveyors not returning calls, grrrr).
It's really stressful all this, isn't it?
